FAQ - NCounter Online Ordering



Q: Do I have to create an account to process or pay for my order? 
A: No, you do not need to create an account to process or pay for an order. However creating an account will speed up your process and allows you to save your favorite orders to make future ordering more convenient for you. 

Q: How do I tell if I successfully placed my order and it has been received by the restaurant? 
A: Once you have clicked the 'Complete Order' button you will receive a confirmation and receipt email. If you do not received this email then you should double check that you have clicked the 'Complete Order' button

Q: What do I do if I don't receive an order confirmation / receipt to my email? 
A: 1. Check to make sure you clicked the 'Complete Oder' button and you should have seen a screen thanking you for placing your order with the expected pick up time and date. 

A: 2. Check your Spam, Junk or Clutter folders for any missing receipts. 

A: 3. Call the restaurant location and ask a team member to verify the order is showing up on the system at the store. 


Q: What do I do if the location I'm trying to order from tells me there was a communication error? 
A: This means that the specific location is either offline or there is an issue with the online ordering system. Please contact the location you wish to place an order with directly via phone.
